The Cardinals scored single goals in the first and second periods in beating Hamline 2-1 Friday, only to give up five straight goals in falling to the Pipers 6-1 in the rematch. … St. Catherine, meanwhile, dropped back-to-back games to Augsburg last weekend, falling 5-2 on Friday and 3-2 Saturday.
