SMU's Megan Roesler named First-Team All-MIAC
The SMU junior volleyball player enjoyed career highs in virtually every statistical category during the Cardinals' 29-match schedule. And Wednesday, Roesler added another career-"high,", earning a spot on the All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference first team. Roesler appeared in 10 MIAC matches, recording 108 kills (2.77 kills/game), while boasting a .221 attack percentage, 13 aces, 36 digs and a team-best 26 blocks. Overall, Roesler played in 28 matches, posting a career-high 324 kills (3.00 kills/game), while leading the team in attack percentage (.273) and aces (42). Roesler also tallied 104 digs and 88 blocks. |
