EAGLES TOURNAMENT NOTEBOOK
HOW THEY GOT HERE: Juniata finished the regular season with a 30-3 record and earned the No. 1 spot in the Commonwealth Conference postseason.
The Eagles then defeated Lebanon Valley and Susquehanna en route to claiming the automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
Juniata opened NCAA play with a 3-0 win over Frostburg State, then topped Eastern University 3-0 in the Mid-Atlantic Region championship match to earn a spot in the quarterfinals. Juniata then knocked off Emory University 3-0 in the quarterfinals to earn programs 19th appearance in the semifinals.
TOURNAMENT NOTES: Juniata is currently ranked first in Division III.
