St. John's erupted for three goals in the first half and four more in the second en route to a 7-2 victory over the Cardinals in their regular-season meeting a year ago. … The Cardinals posted their second straight 2-0 victory Saturday, getting goals from Andy Neu (Inver Grove Heights, Minn.) and Jon Vik (St. Paul, Minn.) in a win over Augsburg. … St. John's, meanwhile, got two goals from Tyler Kodet, including the game-winner midway through the second OT, en route to a 3-2 win over Buena Vista on Sunday.
