SMU's sweep of Concordia was the Cardinals' first MIAC sweep of the season, and first since a pair of 3-2 wins over St. Olaf on Feb. 17-18, 2006. … The Cardinals’ six goals in Friday's 6-3 win came from five different players, while their seven goals on Saturday were scored by seven different players. … Adam Gill (Rochester, Minn.) pushed his team-leading goal total to 10 with goals in both games last weekend. Gill has now recorded at least one point in 12 of the Cardinals' 17 games. … Mike Christensen (Detroit Lakes, Minn.) posted the first two-goal game of his career vs. Concordia Friday, then added another goal Saturday. … Anthony Bohn (Spring Hill, Fla.) dished out six assists vs. the Cobbers — two on Friday and a career-high four on Saturday — and now leads the team with 14 assists and 21 points. … Kevin Eidsmo (Chanhassen, Minn.) and Jeff Miller (Portage, Mich.) netted their first goals as a Cardinal in Saturday's win, while Ben Kenyon (Sparta, Wis.) had his first career two-point night with two assists on Friday. … The Cardinals have now won six straight vs. the Cobbers, dating back to a 3-2 Concordia win on Feb. 14, 2004. … SMU’s seven goals vs. Concordia Saturday were a season high. … Three of the Cardinals’ six goals vs. Concordia on Friday came on the power-play.
