St. Olaf:

Ted Bickel

St. Olaf clinched its second straight MIAC playoff berth with Friday's 3-2 win.
The Oles can clinch the third seed in the playoffs with a win vs. SMU, or a Bethel loss to Hamline. If the Oles finish tied with Bethel, for third place the Royals would have to outscore Hamline by at least nine more goals than St. Olaf's goal differential vs. Saint Mary's to win the deciding tiebreaker.
St. Olaf has lost just once, a 6-1 decision to Saint John's, in their last 11 games (6-1-4) dating back to Jan. 15.
During the Oles' current six -game unbeaten streak (6-0-1), they have outscored their opponents 33-9.
Ted Bickel leads the team in goals (16) and is tied with Keith Townsend for the team lead in points (25).
Townsed also leads the team in assists (19) and the two are joined by Mike MacMillan as St. Olaf's three 20-plus point producers.
St. Olaf is 10-2-3 when scoring first and 2-4-3 when giving up the game's first goal.
