The Cardinals' win over Hamline was their third straight, marking SMU's first three-game winning streak since winning three in a row from Jan. 21-28, 2004. … Dan Cormier (Blaine, Minn.) collected 10 points and 10 rebounds vs. Hamline for his second straight double-double. Cormier netted a career-high 26 points and added a career-best 14 points vs. Macalester Wednesday for his first collegiate double-double. … Cormier's effort Wednesday was the fourth 20-plus performance this season for the SMU junior. … Brensley Haywood (Joliet, Ill.) who started his 45th straight games, dating back to Feb. 12, 2005 netted 14 points vs. Hamline, marking the fifth straight game in which the SMU senior has scored in double figures.
