The Knights’ 30-point win over St. Olaf on Saturday was their largest margin of victory in 91 years vs. the Oles Carleton beat St. Olaf 39-9 in 1915. … The win over St. Olaf was also the fourth straight for the Knights, who have also won seven of their last eight, after opening the season 2-4. … Carleton’s 85-point effort vs. St. Olaf was a season high and the second time during its current four-game winning streak that the Knights have scored 80 or more points. … Dan Forkrud, who leads the Knights in scoring, averaging 16.6 ppg, posted a double-double in Saturday’s win vs. St. Olaf, scoring a season-high 24 points and adding 10 rebounds. … Forkrud is one of four Carleton players averaging in double figures Zach Johnson (14.2 ppg), Tommy Drake (12.5 ppg) and Jake Phillips (11.4 ppg) are the others. … After opening conference play with three straight losses (vs. St. Thomas, Hamline and Saint John’s), the Knights have won five MIAC games in a row.
