The last four year have gone way too fast! I still remember my first days at St. Cloud State, wandering around, getting into trouble (well actually, I guess not much has changed in the last four years). Here at Saint Mary’s, I have met some of the best people I ever could have imagined, and feel very privileged to call many of people my friends. Over the past two years, I have had the privilege to be a part of this team, and I will cherish this time for the rest of my life. This is truly group of characters, whether it be Rink studying at the library on a Friday night, or Juice not studying at all … Majerus busting out a dance move, or Jake (well, just being Jake). To Jose (keep being that guy) and to Stevie, for getting me through life, (Tony, you’re welcome). Tony, I’m just kidding, I never could have asked for a better friend or roommate, and you will make a great coach one day. Thanks to Coz for making me laugh, and to Danny for being always at my side to quote movie lines, and for Thursday nights. Winecke — keep playing hard and you’ll be great at whatever do, I wish each of you guys the very best, as you go on in life. To Matt, I love you brother, you’re the best! And to Kath, for always being there I truly feel I couldn’t have asked for a better group, to call my friends.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the coaching staff for allowing me the privilege of playing my last two seasons here. I know I haven’t always been the easiest person to manage (so they say), but this last season has been truly memorable and I can’t thank you enough for the lessons you have taught me in both baseball and life.

For the younger guys — don’t take anything for granted, your four years of college baseball goes way too fast, so cherish every minute of it.

To my family: Mom and Dad, I love you very much! You helped me through the most difficult times in my life and I couldn’t imagine having better parents.

To My brothers, Matt and Chris: Nothing could ever break the three of us apart. My life would not be the same without either of you, and I am very proud to be your brother.

Keep playing hard guys, don’t ever stop.
